Craigieburn, more than just a great ski field

Craigieburn skifield and its facilities are proving attractive to groups other than skiers. In November the very innovative Zero Invasive Pests, or ZIP, had their Christmas function in koroheke. If you know nothing about ZIP you should google them to see how effective their scientific and innovative approach to predator control is resulting in predator free areas in the South Island.

There have also been visits from Canterbury University and eco-tours to our beautiful valley.

At the end of April there was a weekend yoga retreat being organised by Celia Allison and other volunteers. All funds raised will go to our club.
